Thoughts.

I pretty much neglect both my Tumblrs nowadays..mainly because my grades are suffering beyond imagination. I study but it doesn’t show. Meh. Bleh. Ugh. It really pisses me off because I try..I really do. Whether it be notes or flashcards, reading a gazillion times, or listening to podcasts…it all doesn’t work. BLEGH. One week to keep it up and bring all the grades back up. I’ve already accepted the bad GPA this quarter but I don’t want to be on AP.

Aside from school, am I not working enough? I have no idea. I feel like, with every pay check that I get, the money seems to decrease. I should learn how to budget..like seriously budget or else I’m not going to be able to pay rent come July. Hopefully working with Kim and the ARC in the summer is enough for me to sustain myself.

Lil Sis. It’s been pretty difficult trying to bring things together with this being such bad quarter for me. I’ve been on the verge of breaking down oh so so many times because it’s a lot of work, but I don’t think I regret taking on this job. I’ve had to cancel events, deal with different types of people, and try to mix things up. It’s hard. Yes. Handling all the trackies was hard as well but things work out for a reason. The lack of time we’ve had and the fact that we have three girls from a different school makes it THAT much harder. I like togetherness, I like it when everyone is there to hear what I have to say, I like it when people respond. Sometimes it doesn’t happen that way but after these past few days, we’ve grown enough to take that big step forward into a real sisterhood.

So what am I really getting to here? I have no idea. I just wanted to get all of this out. I’m learning how to balance my priorities…pretty well at that. School first. Family second. Lil sis third. Work fourth. It’s a nice change compared to the school first, work second kinda thing I had going on in Winter Quarter. It’s a difficult transition, but the road taken matters just as much as where the road goes. It’s just all in the process of growing up.
